Refund and Returns Policy

At Puns Infinity, we’re committed to delivering pun-tastic products that bring a smile to your face! If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help make it right.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging (if applicable).
Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Please note: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Gift cards
Downloadable digital products
Custom/personalized items (unless defective or damaged)

To initiate a return, please contact us at punsinfinity@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds?

Check your bank or credit card account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at punsinfinity@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, please email us with your order details at punsinfinity@gmail.com and we’ll assist you promptly.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll resolve the issue quickly and send a replacement or issue a refund.
